All articles also come in a form that programs can read well. It costs nothing and needs neither an account nor a key.

Connect the MCP server
The address is:
https://kostenlos-abnehmen.de/api/mcp- Claude: In the settings under connectors, add a custom connector with this address.
- ChatGPT: In developer mode, add a custom connector with this address, without sign-in.
- Other programs: Add the address as a remote server with Streamable HTTP.
The menus at these providers change often, the address stays the same.
What the server can do
search: finds articles for a questionfetch: returns a whole article with its sourceslist_articles: lists all articles in one language
What applies
- Reading only: There are only the public articles and their sources. None of this is connected to accounts or entries.
- Every answer includes the link to the article. If you use the content, please name kostenlos-abnehmen.de and link the article.
- The articles are general information and not medical advice.
- Our app does not store search queries. With the API they are part of the address and can show up in access logs, MCP sends them in the body of the request. Sending very many requests stops the answers for a while.
